Poulsbo City Council held its Nov. 5, 2025 meeting and workshop. Council approved an interlocal amendment to advance the PERC recreation project, adopted routine budget ordinances, reviewed a major update to the citys critical areas rules (Phase 1) that would raise many stream buffers to 100 feet, debated raising the local B&O exemption to $125,000, and received a mid-biennium budget/CIP briefing including sewer and waterfront projects.
