Town staff and consultants presented a draft update to Zionsvilles comprehensive plan, reviewed public outreach and draft land-use, transportation, parks, and implementation recommendations, and took detailed resident questions on parks, traffic, utilities and potential development areas. The plan will go to the Plan Commission for a public hearing on Nov. 17; no formal votes were taken at this meeting.
