The Westminster Historic District Commission met Nov. 5 to approve a post-construction historic rehabilitation tax-credit application for 205 East Main Street, provide design guidance on paint/window treatments for 1500 West Main Street, and review progress on the Commissions implementation plan including a newly executed contractor agreement, street-sign procurement, and planning for 250th commemoration markers and events.
