City of Oxnard Chief Financial Officer Javier Cebolla Laffero presented a recommendation that the Oxnard City Council approve a sixth amendment to the citys Software-as-a-Service agreement with Tyler Technologies to implement myCivic software, add 37 licenses, and replace the software supporting the citys 3-1-1 app with an integrated ERP solution. The amendment would increase the contract by about $308,524 to a total not to exceed $11,808,524; the original contract was signed in October 2019 and has been amended five times previously. Staff said the enterprise permitting and licensing model and the asset-management model are planned to go live in early 2026, and utility billing work is planned to start in early 2026.
