At the November meeting, the Worcester County Planning Commission approved the minutes, briefly reviewed upcoming agenda items and applications (including an appeal on a battery storage site and several site plans), and voted to recommend a text amendment to the county zoning code to require a 7-foot minimum clearance for required off-street parking located inside garages for duplexes, townhouses and multifamily units.
