The DeSoto Planning and Zoning Commission met at 6:00 p.m. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, recognition of departing commissioners, a brief recess, swearing-in of new appointees, and elections for chair and vice chair. The commission approved the consent agenda, heard no citizen appearances, received brief City Council updates about local assistance programs and upcoming events, and set its next meeting date for Dec. 9.
