The Mississippi Department of Education Data Governance Committee met Nov. 6, 2025, in the 4th Floor Boardroom and by teleconference. The committee approved minutes from July 9, 2025, amended and approved the meeting agenda to table approval of the 2025 data dictionary (item 6a), heard work-group reports on data-sharing agreements, course-code revisions and work-area code updates, set February 4 and May 20, 2026, as the next meeting dates, and adjourned at 9:16 a.m. The data-sharing work group reported newly executed agreements with several assessment vendors; the course-code work group described a large grade-span revision and other catalog updates; and the work-area code group presented job-code/title changes and two new codes.
