The Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD Board of Trustees met in a pre-meeting briefing at 6:00 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2025. Trustees heard administrative reports on the districts 2024 tax collection and appraisal roll, library collection review and new Senate Bill 13 procedures, a plan to adopt new math instructional materials (IMRA 2026), an update on HydroPoint water-saving installations funded by a Microsoft grant, and detailed enrollment, attendance and financial updates showing a significant enrollment-driven revenue shortfall. The board approved multiple consent and procurement items and voted to reallocate bond funds to support middle school renovations, early childhood additions and security/fencing, then moved into a closed session before adjourning.
