The Oklahoma Supreme Court issued an opinion disbarring attorney James Albert Conradi after finding clear and convincing evidence he repeatedly neglected clients, failed to communicate, commingled and misused client funds, and practiced while suspended in another jurisdiction; the court ordered disbarment, costs of $4,833.99, and permitted a petition for reinstatement no sooner than five years after the effective date.
