City of Elmhurst Committee of the Whole met Nov. 10, 2025 to continue review of the FY2026 budget and to review previously requested “circle-back” items including consultant funding sources, postage spending and parking lot rentals; the finance committee reported a recommendation for a $1,000,000 increase to the general fund property tax levy and set a schedule of hearings and votes ahead of December action.
