Vice Chair McMorris called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and Commissioner Lee led the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was live-streamed and ground rules for speaking were announced by the chair/vice chair.
On Nov. 10, 2025 the San Gabriel Planning Commission approved two conditional use permits: a secondhand retail shop at 323 North San Marino Avenue and a beer-and-wine retail permit for Complex SGV at 704 West Las Tunas Drive. Both items were approved unanimously by the three commissioners present after staff presentations, public comment on the first item, and brief deliberations. Staff noted CEQA Class 1 exemptions for both projects and included standard public-safety conditions requested by the San Gabriel Police Department.
