Chair Glenn Young opened the Urban County Policy Board meeting, announced the date (11/10/2025), stated there was not yet a quorum, and moved to introductions. He identified himself as chair and asked Rebecca Royce to call roll.
The Urban County Policy Board discussed options for a county-owned building in downtown Battle Ground used by Sea Mar for WIC services, including selling the property to Sea Mar for $1, selling at market value, or keeping county ownership; board members asked staff and Sea Mar to explore relocation/purchase options and clarified CDBG/HUD implications. Staff also updated the board on CDBG/HOME grant agreements, an ongoing RFA cycle, and several projects and quarterly reports.
