The Town of Uxbridge Finance Committee held a public hearing on proposed warrant articles covering returned capital appropriations (including sewer and water enterprise funds), special legislation to allow electronic posting of town notices, and proposed bylaws to enable noncriminal disposition fines. The committee voted to reopen and continue the hearing to Sept. 23 and moved several articles to a later meeting.
