Wauwatosa Planning Commission heard a federal SBA disaster-loan briefing, approved three conditional-use permits (a drinking establishment, a 148-child daycare, and the Waterfare Apartments hotel-to-apartments conversion plus land division) and recommended comprehensive zoning-code amendments aligning the code with the citys comprehensive plan; all items go to the Common Council on Nov. 18.
