Cypress City Council heard a recognition of the 25th anniversary of Cypress Champions Baseball, approved consent items, established a residential parking permit district north and west of Lexington Junior High, approved interim executive-management compensation and the appointment of Sean Joyce as interim city manager, approved additional festival funding, and heard extended public comment about the recent city manager severance and council conduct.
