Fountain Valley City Council held a special meeting July 7 to consider whether to appeal planning commission approval of a large mixed-use project at 1630 Euclid Street (the former Miller Farms site). Council debated traffic, parking, senior building design (single elevator), air-quality/parking-structure ventilation, and process timing; a motion to appeal was made but received no second and died.
