La Palma City Council met March 4, 2025. After closed session the council reported a 5-0 rejection of a liability claim. The council approved a lease and entitlements for a 65-foot “monopine” cell facility at the city yard, denied a conditional use permit for a massage establishment at the La Palma Collection, adopted midyear budget amendments, and discussed the city’s 70th anniversary plans.
