Meeting called to order; the chair led the Pledge of Allegiance and performed roll call. Several board members answered present and one member (Rekley) was excused. The chair noted the meeting was properly noticed under state statute.
The Elkhorn Area School Board met on Nov. 10, 2025, in the Susan Tully Blanchley Boardroom to hear student presentations, review high school and middle school improvement plans, consider financial and personnel items and vote on a recommended 2026 health insurance design. The board approved minutes, vendor/bill payments totaling $321,041.94, personnel recommendations, acceptance of several school gifts, a shifted December meeting date and a dual-choice health insurance option for employees. The meeting adjourned into a closed session to discuss a personnel matter under Wisconsin law.
