The Council Bluffs Community School District board met for a regular session that included a superintendent report celebrating passage of a local revenue-purpose statement, recognition of student and staff achievements in music and instruction, and several routine votes: appointment of a district negotiation team, weighted AEA board votes, approval of a Vector Solutions training contract, and passage of the consent agenda.
