Chair Paula Lewis opened the meeting, turned the meeting to Craig (board clerk) for announcements and roll call; quorum was confirmed and the pledge of allegiance and moment of silence were observed. Craig read public-comment ground rules and allowed three speakers for public comment.
Oklahoma City Public Schools board met Nov. 10, 2025. The board heard public comments about the bond oversight committee and the pending sale of 900 North Klein, received reports on dropout and college remediation rates and literacy work, accepted a monitoring report after extended discussion of reading instruction (LETRS) and cut scores, approved bond resolutions and a virtual-instruction plan, and approved the sale and delegation to complete sale of 900 North Klein to the Oklahoma City Redevelopment Authority.
