The Grosse Ile Public Services Commission met Nov. 11 (Veterans Day) to approve routine minutes and bills, authorize three wastewater-plant equipment purchases (a macerator, an effluent meter, and a gearbox for the lime slurry mixer), and to review a 7‑project water capital plan with options to raise the fixed quarterly readiness-to-serve charge to fund work over the next 7–25 years.
