Sylvania Schools Board met to hear the superintendent's report, recognize student-athletes and teams, approve routine consent items and personnel actions, accept a $2,000 gift, appoint a member to the Sylvania Area Joint Recreation District, and vote to appoint Tim Ziroff as the district's next superintendent effective Aug. 1, 2026. The board thanked outgoing Superintendent Dr. Motley and discussed a planned transition through July 31, 2026.
