A six-member city council meeting handled routine business: approving minutes from an 11/04/2025 special meeting, unanimously approving a pay increase for the city treasurer, authorizing a $5,000 payment to the Keogh Community Picnic group, accepting a $121.78 donation to the local fire department, and approving receipts, disbursements and bills before adjourning.
