Hilliard City Council held its regular meeting on Nov. 10, 2025. Council approved the 2026 capital improvement budget and several ordinances and resolutions, authorized a design contract for the Cemetery Road culvert, accepted two service resolutions to support pending annexations (one with a developer presentation and public concerns about the Big Darby Accord), and recessed to an executive session on pending or imminent litigation.
