Garfield Heights City Council met Nov. 10, 2025. Council elected a council president and pro tem after multiple nominations, appointed a clerk, heard the mayor's report and introduced several ordinances (planning and zoning code, equipment lease, bridge rehabilitation, property disposal, sewer separation) that were moved and in most cases advanced or adopted by unanimous or voice votes. Members gave community updates and the council adjourned at about 7:45 p.m.
