The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) for the District of Columbia met on Nov. 12, 2025. The board handled several case decisions and modifications, denied an ANC postponement request for a previously approved project, held an emergency closed meeting to seek legal advice on a Woodley Place case, then approved that case with additional area-variance relief. Multiple other special-exception and variance requests were approved, including a Meta rooftop mechanical-unit exception and an increase in capacity for a community residence.
