The Town of Needham joint meeting of the Mobility Planning & Coordination Committee, Traffic Safety Committee and Rail Trail Advisory Committee in November 2025 reviewed short- and long-term priorities including pedestrian safety and traffic calming, rail-trail resurfacing and extension plans, the street design guide and public engagement steps, and scheduled follow-ups; minutes were approved and chair rotation was deferred.
