The Needham Housing Authority chair gave a status update on the Seabeds/Cook and Linden projects, funding progress and a $1.15 million Climate Ready award, and described emergency food-assistance steps after SNAP benefit disruptions. The committee set a Dec. 8 quarterly update and tasked members/staff to draft a simple reporting template for future reimbursements.
