The Downtown Development Authority board met Nov. 10, 2025, to take public comment, consider placemaking around Veterans Park, review a proposal for bike repair stations, discuss Old School Square operations, review a funding/fee request from the Delray Concours event, and review a new parking pilot and marketing updates. The board approved staff working with neighborhood stakeholders to develop a Veterans Park plan and voted to waive in-kind rental/staff fees for the Concours while declining broader direct vendor payments. Several community members and city staff participated, and the board agreed to return follow-ups at future meetings.
