The Charleston County Planning Commission met Nov. 10, 2025. Commissioners approved routine minutes, unanimously deferred a minor subdivision and a set of proposed zoning amendments after public input, heard a conceptual plan for the Enchanted Oaks planned development, received a long presentation on "missing middle" housing, and discussed a staff proposal to add preliminary subdivision notices to commission packets.
