At a Utah County Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) meeting, the CRA adopted the Quicksilver Solar Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan and an accompanying budget and approved minutes from the previous meeting; staff said the draft plan and budget were available for 30 days as required by statute and that tax-increment financing levels will be negotiated later through interlocal agreements with taxing entities.
