Clark County Planning Commission met Sept. 16, 2025. Commissioners heard extended public comment—largely opposition—on the Cactus Trails project in Mountain's Edge, continued a holdover use permit for a proposed outdoor training/shooting facility while directing code enforcement to inspect the site, and approved a series of rezonings, waivers and tentative maps to be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners.
