Chair called the meeting to order, conducted roll call (commissioners present included Deeds, Donahue, Gooden, McDonald, Paulsberg/Palsgrove, Ritchie, Lundgaard), and moved to approve the October minutes (motion by Palsgrove, second by Gooden). Roll call vote approved the minutes.
The Canal Winchester Planning and Zoning Commission met Nov. 10, 2025, and approved a series of site-development plans, variances and final development plans, including a Waterloo Crossing retail expansion, multiple Meijer outparcel approvals and the Miller Farms final plan. The commission recommended several items to city council (including FTP25-007, FTP25-008 and FTP25-009) and held a working-session review of the Canal Winchester High School expansion. Commissioners also discussed fencing and public-access conditions for Miller Farms.
