Mayor and council opened the meeting in City Council Chambers with a prayer led by Councilwoman Coker and the Pledge of Allegiance led by Colonel Lee. The mayor called the meeting to order and noted the date and location.
The Bradenton City Council met Nov. 12, 2025, and heard major items on utilities and public works. Council approved an amendment to the operations-and-maintenance contract with Woodard & Curran for wastewater collection, accepted a land purchase to support City Park redevelopment and approved a master plan to move public works to the former Tropicana site. The meeting also reviewed the first full year of the school-zone speed-camera program and received an update on a delayed police station project.
