Chair (speaker 2) called the meeting to order, opened the Nov. 11 Planning Commission meeting and led the Pledge of Allegiance; asked staff (Patty) to take roll call.
The Murrysville Planning Commission met for a regularly scheduled session on Nov. 11 to consider three subdivision/land-development items and an advisory conceptual plan for a 123-unit personal care boarding home. Commissioners approved two subdivision recommendations to send to borough council and recommended the land-development plan for Mr. Handyman to council with several conditions and outstanding waivers. The commission discussed stormwater, erosion controls, lighting, landscaping and frontage/density questions for the proposed senior care facility but took no formal action on that conceptual plan.
