The Nampa Planning and Zoning Commission met to hear updates on the comprehensive plan and to consider four public hearings: a downtown form‑based code and zoning map amendment, an annexation/zoning request for the Shadow Creek subdivision at Lake Lowell (12 lots, RS‑4), and two conditional‑use permit requests for home‑occupation daycares. The commission recommended approval of the downtown code and recommended approval of the Shadow Creek annexation with a development agreement limiting lot count and minimum lot size; both day‑care CUPs were approved with standard conditions and appeal periods.
