Agoura Hills City Council met Nov. 12, 2025 to receive county and utility updates, hear public comment on e-bikes and gas-powered lawn equipment, and to hold public hearings to adopt the 2025 California Building Standards Code, introduce revised ADU rules, and update the protected tree ordinance. Council also discussed raising council salaries under new state law and gave staff direction to return with an ordinance.
