The Albany City Planning and Zoning Commission met at 7:00 p.m. and approved two residential design-review applications: PA25-037 (1006 Ventura Avenue) and PA25-036 (1037 Curtis Street), both by 5-0 votes. Staff presentations described site layouts, setbacks, roof decks and landscape requirements; the applicant and nearby residents discussed mitigation for shade, root protection and contractor parking.
