The Northern Regional Advisory Council (RAC) met Nov. 12, 2025 at Weber County Commission Chambers and online to hear regional updates, management proposals and rule amendments from Utah Division of Wildlife Resources staff. The RAC received reports on monitoring and outreach, discussed mandatory chronic wasting disease testing in the Ogden unit, reviewed 2025–27 hunt tables and season-date revisions, approved the Bookcliffs bison plan, voted to adopt R657-42 natural disaster relief amendments, and accepted CWMU and landowner permit recommendations. Several items were informational; five formal motions were moved and passed unanimously.
