The Planning and Zoning Commission met November 12, 2025 in Coeur d'Alene to hear a PUD amendment request from the Belle Reve Homeowners Association to install two vehicle gates on Bellerive Lane. After applicant presentations, public testimony split between residents citing safety and neighbors saying gates discourage public access, the commission approved the amendment with multiple conditions and signage requirements. The decision will take effect unless appealed.
