The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency met Nov. 12, 2025. The board approved minutes and consent items and unanimously passed three FPRA resolutions: funding for the Harbor Point regional boat ramp, an interlocal funding agreement for Avenue D resurfacing, and a ground lease/interlocal amendment to support a Pinnacle affordable-housing project (99-year ground lease). The board also reviewed Sunrise Theater mural poll results, agreed on the preferred artist, and directed staff to assess building envelope/roof conditions before final approval.
