Judge Stephanie Boyd of the 187th District Court conducted a crowded criminal docket, taking pleas, setting multiple plea-deadline and jury-trial dates, accepting plea bargains and resolving revocation motions including a revocation and jail sentence for a deferred-adjudication defendant. Several cases were reset for December dates and the court recessed at noon for a jury trial resumption at 1:30.
