Wilsonville City Council held a special work session Nov. 12, 2025 to review a draft city manager recruitment profile prepared by GMP Consultants and discuss the recruitment timeline and community input. Council and the consultant agreed the profile is broadly ready, but the mayor pressed for clearer outreach to local community leaders before the packet is finalized. The council expects to consider adoption at its Nov. 17 regular meeting and, if adopted, to post the recruitment and begin accepting applications with a first-review date around Dec. 29.
