The Yuma Union High School District governing board heard student presentations and awards, received a budget update and a report on the redesigned student handbook (including a new cell-phone rule), approved routine consent items and multiple motions including accepting most donations, and approved a new communications job description and the superintendents evaluation and performance pay.
