At a Town of Needham Community Preservation Committee meeting, members heard updates on recent projects (tennis courts, DeFazio fencing, Elliott School playground and trail signage), reviewed funding and schedule for the Seabeds and Linden Street housing projects, and voted to deem three FY2027 applications eligible so applicants can begin preparing detailed responses. Committee leadership and staff transitions were also confirmed.
