The Navasota Board of Adjustment met Nov. 12, 2025, and approved two zoning variance requests: one for two single-family lots in the Dove Crossing subdivision (2311 and 2313 White Wing Street) allowing minor rear-setback encroachments, and one for a front-setback reduction at 418 East Chase Street (Blue Skies Trust) to accommodate buildable, flatter ground. The board also approved minutes from its July 9 meeting and adjourned at 6:21 p.m.
