Trinidad City Council met Nov. 12 to swear in appointed councilmember John Moskowitz, consider a $10,000 budget amendment to fund preliminary design work for the Axel Lindgren Memorial Trail (ALMT), receive a 90% plan update for a state-funded Main Street pavement and sidewalk project, and approve a $20,000 contribution to a North County fire-service planning study. Council also accepted staff reports, voted to sunset the Animal Advisory Committee, and cancelled the December regular meeting.
