At its Nov. 13 Downtown Parking Committee meeting, members reviewed and finalized a transmittal letter to the City Council on the Paseo Nuevo / Lot 2 redevelopment, pressed staff for parking-loss and structural analysis and voted to forward the letter. Staff also reported that the Helena parking lot pilot began collecting fees and presented a quarter‑one financial report showing rising paid transactions and permit transitions.
