The IDA approved pilot tax agreements for two downtown redevelopment projects — 178 Maple Street (19 housing units, one commercial space) and 76 Warren Street (22 apartments) — after presentations from developers and brief public comment. The LDC discussed a plan to open a year-round market and created an ad hoc committee to develop a budget and contracts for a commercial kitchen and market operated in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension.
