The Structural Pest Control Board hosted an online town hall to demonstrate a new WDO activity reporting system, explain account linking and payment options, and answer user questions about backlog, duplicate detection, and admin access. Board staff said the system launch is delayed, blackout dates through November will not count toward the 10-day filing requirement, and users will be notified by email when the system goes live. Staff walked through logging in via Connect, submitting and managing activities, exporting reports, adding funds (Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted with a 2.3% service fee), and how to provide admin access using a one-time code.
